Inihaing Motion ni Cornejo laban kay Vhong Navarro binasura ng korte

 

Ibinasura ng korte ang inihain ng kampo ni Deniece Cornejo na Motion for Reconsideration with Motion to Inhibit na kaugnay sa bail grant kay Vhong Navarro. 

Gusto kasi ng kampo ni Cornejo na baligtarin ang desisyon na kung saan pinayagan si Vhong  na makapagpiyansa sa kasong r@pe.

Inilabas nito lamang Huwebes January 12 ng Taguig City Regional Trial Court ang desisyon nito sa mosyon ng kampo ni Deniece na kung saan ibinasura ito dahil sa "lack of merit".

"The public prosecutor's conformity to the Motion to Reconsider is necessary...

"When the public prosecutor does not give his or her conformity to the pleading of a party, the party does not have the required legal personality to pursue the case."bahagi ng nakasaad sa order na pirmado ni Presiding Judge Loralie Cruz Datahan
