Oyster mushrooms have impressive health benefits that people might not know! It is loaded with fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and other nutrients. Mushroom sisig goodness 

The Kabute Farm’s mushroom sisig has a meaty texture and natural umami flavor. It is topped with native onions and chili peppers. They don’t add any preservatives or MSG, and instead of lard, they only use plant-based oil. 

They also make sure that the oyster mushrooms are carefully harvested. It undergoes six processes, which are mixture, pasteurization, inoculation, growing, hanging, and harvesting to ensure its quality and bring out its richness.

It is available in a 300 grams pack, perfect for an easy-to-cook lunch or dinner, even midnight snack! To prepare it, you just have to thaw it first. Then heat it in a pan for three to five minutes, or in a microwave for two minutes. You may opt to add some eggs, mayonnaise, or calamansi– just like the usual pork sisig! Aside from ulam, you can spice it up by using it as a burger patty mixed with other veggies. You can also stuff it in taco shells to make mushroom sisig tacos! Or you can simply add lemons and tofu bits as toppings.
